Aircon Cottage CASABLANCA, php 2150 per night, 2  persons, breakfast included. if more than  3 nights php 1950 per night. Max 4 pers.

CASABLANCA has a Groundfloor with Queensize bed, Aircon, HotShower in private bathroom, Refrigerator, Sat-Flatscreen-TV,  Safety Box, WiFi, and a big terrace.
In the ATTIK (Open to below) are 2 single beds, good for additional 2 persons, we can also add one more Air bed if needed.
 
Distance to our beach is about 50 meters, only a garden and some coconut trees inbetween.

CASAVIVA has Queensiye bed, Aircon, HotWaterShower in private bathroom, Sat-TV (Flat screen), Refrigerator, Safety box, WiFi, big spacey terrace, little kitchen* on the terrace.

Cottage CASAVIVA is beside Cottage CASABLANCA, about 60 meters to our beach, only cottage CASABLANCA beside, the garden and some coconut trees.

Aircon Cottage CASABONITA 1.FLOOR (Upperfloor), php 2150 per night, 2 persons, breakfast included. if more than  3 nights php 1950 per night. Max. 5 pers.

CASABONITA 1.Floor (Upperfloor)  is a 2 storey building.

The Upperfloor has spacey terrace with a little kitchen* with gas stove and refrigerator and kitchen sink, dining table with 8 chairs, The main room has an sleeping area with 2 double beds, a living area with big Sat-Flatscreen-TV, an additional little loft inside with additional single bed. Casabonita has 1 window Aircon and 1 split type Aircon, Digital Safety Box, The Dining Area has a dining table with 4 chairs and a sideboard cabinett..

Due to a bigger living area, the toilet and CR with Hot Water and HotShower is outside the living room, 1/2 stairs down but nobody else shares that CR.

Aircon Cottage CASABONITA Masterroom (Groundfloor), php 2150 per night, 2 persons, breakfast included. if more than  3 nights php 1950 per night. Max. 3 pers.

CASABONITA Masterroom is one of our newest room. .It has a big Veranda with hammocks, big table and 4 chairs, wich is shared with neighboring GUESTROOM.

The Masterroom has a little kitchen inside the room, but only Breakfastkitchen with electric  HotWaterMaker,  refrigerator and kitchen sink. But NO COOKING ALLOWED. Bed is a queensize bed with 1 additional single bed. There is  big Sat-Flatscreen-TV, mobile Aircon, Digital Safety Box,

Private Toilet and CR with Hot Water and HotShower is inside the room.

CASABONITA Masterroom (Groundfloor), Google Fotolink

Aircon room CASABONITA Groundfloor, php 1450 per night, 2 persons, breakfast included. if more than  3 nights php 1300 per night. 2 pers. only.

CASABONITA Groundfloor (Guestroom) is a beautiful affordable room and but has only AIRCON, Digital Safety Box and of course a Queensize bed.. The toilet is 3 meters outside the livingroom on your terrace, nobody else share the toilet/CR., In the toilet room is a warmwater shower integrated. So its not treally a shower room, its a little toilet with shower integrated. Thats why the pricing for that room is quit cheap., compared to other rooms same quality who charge you double as much.

The CASABONITA Groundfloor is about 70 meters to our own beach, only 2 other cottages beside, our garden and some coconut trees.

Cottage CASABELLA  has 2 rooms side by side. Both rooms have private terrace and GARDEN VIEW, private CR with Hot Shower:
Room facilities : Depending on type of room, either Aircon or electric fan, Queen bed or single beds with bed lamps, small cabinet, Mosquito net for the bed/s. small folding table with 2 chairs. 

CASABELLA-01 with window type Aircon
2 single beds, Price php 1450 per night, 2 persons,

CASABELLA-02 FAN Room only
1 Queenbed, Price php 1200 night, 2 persons, Casabella-2  has 1 window with oceanview and 2 windows Gardenview.

CASABELLA  is our newest Guesthouse cottage. Each room has private Veranda with hammocks, bench and table  Both rooms are about 40 meters to our beach, but dont have OCEANVIEW, onlr inside Garden View.

 Bamboo Fan Room

Simple basic native style bamboo fan room, in twinroom bamboo cottage , price php 650 per night 2 persons. each room.

Only equipment of the fan room is: 1 electric fan, with Mosquitonets and a plastic cabinetts for your belongings.

1 room has 1 double bed. + 1 single bed , the other room 1 double bed.

Rooms has now private CR (not shared anymore) Shower is only cold water from a gravity tank, which is not so cold at all, cause most times heated from the sun. On the terrace is a folding table with 2 chairs. Cottage has SEAVIEW.
Its about 20 meters from our beach, only our garden between.

Bamboo Cottage(Bamboo Guestroom)

COTTAGE is REBUILD after damage of Typhoon YOLAND/HAYAN nv.8.2013.

Room has now private CR (not shared anymore) . But still its a simple basic style cottage, no Aircon only electric fan.
 

Budget room (Nanny room), Casabonita Base Floor. about 16 sqm + CR.
php 500 per night, BREAKFAST included.

This “NANNY ROOM” is mostly used for family with their own babysitter or Nanny.

But also backpackers od divers like that room with private toilet and built in cold shower. Anyway, shower is not really cold cause of the sun exposed gravity tank.
Room has a DOUBLE BED with Mosquitonet, so its good for max. 2 persons. It even has an portable AIRCON (!). other furniture are only a little alu table, elektr. fan, and an open  steel shelf as replacement for a cabinett.
The only disadvantage is lack of own terrace, but tenants can use our private beach places.
